Buzz Rickson's Gold Tiger Shorts
The Tiger Stripe camouflage pattern is one of the most distinctive camo designs in military clothing history and was used exclusively in Vietnam by US Special Forces. Though not officially issued to US Soldiers in Vietnam, the Gold Tiger Shorts often appeared as cut offs to combat the tropical heat. Â
Cut from 100% cotton in Japan, the Gold Tiger Shorts come in civilian form and feature Gold Tiger print throughout. Two large utilitarian pockets with button closure are paired with the slash pockets, while there are two large rear pockets with button closure for all essential carry. Mil spec urea buttons feature throughout while a relaxed fit completes the look.Â
